Job Description

We are seeking a Medicare Correspondence Representative to handle all written communication with our Medicare customers. The ideal candidate will possess excellent writing skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to navigate complex Medicare policies and guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer communication while maintaining high service standards.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately for quality assurance.
  • Assist in the training of new staff on customer service principles related to Medicare.
  • Implement feedback mechanisms to improve customer service.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
Experience
  • Experience with Medicare policies and guidelines is preferred.
