Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Parts Counter Clerk with a keen eye for detail and excellent customer service skills. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers with part selection, processing transactions, and keeping inventory organized.

Responsibilities

  • Identify customer needs and provide expert advice on parts selection.
  • Ensure all inventory information is accurate and up to date.
  • Process transactions and manage returns efficiently.
  • Work closely with vendors to expedite part shipments.
  • Handle inquiries and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits to prevent discrepancies.
  • Implement effective stock management practices.
  • Assist in training new staff on inventory systems and customer service.
  • Monitor industry developments to enhance product knowledge.
