Job Description

We are seeking a Flight Services Manager to lead our team in East Kilbride. This role involves overseeing flight operations, ensuring the highest standards of service and safety are maintained while managing staff and liaising with various departments.

Responsibilities

• Design automotive components adhering to industry standards.
• Coordinate with suppliers for material specifications.
• Analyze designs for manufacturability and assembly.
• Lead design-focused meetings to discuss project status.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor junior engineers and interns in design practices.
• Participate in design improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 4+ years in automotive design and manufacturing

• Prototyping Software

Certifications

• Professional Engineer (PE)

Languages
