Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Aircraft Mechanics and Service Technicians to join our growing team. As part of your role, you will be responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing aircraft systems to ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough inspections and repairs on various aircraft systems.
• Investigate any discrepancies and recommend improvements to enhance system reliability.
• Assist in the development of maintenance schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Engage in safety audits and risk assessments to ensure workplace safety.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to a positive team environment.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Vocational training in aircraft maintenance or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in aircraft systems maintenance

Technical Skills

• Ability to interpret technical drawings and manuals
• Basic computer literacy

Soft Skills

• Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
• Flexibility to work on-call or extended hours

Certifications

• Aircraft maintenance technician certification
• Additional relevant certifications

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards: Proficient in aviation safety regulations and standards.
• Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS): Ability to use software tools for tracking maintenance activities.
