Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Dietetic Technician to assist in dietary planning, ensuring that patients' nutritional needs are consistently met within a healthcare setting. Ideal candidates will collaborate closely with registered dietitians to develop and implement nutritional plans.

Responsibilities

• Support the dietary services team in creating balanced meal plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Assist in the preparation and distribution of meals while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Serve as a liaison between patients and dietary staff to ensure satisfaction with meal services.
• Participate in training programs to stay updated on nutrition-related developments.
• Conduct dietary assessments to collect personal preferences and special dietary needs.

Requirements

Education

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
• Nutrition or Dietetics certification is preferred

Experience

• Previous experience in a similar role in a healthcare setting is advantageous.
