Job Description

As a Corporate Health Coordinator, you will lead initiatives that promote health and wellness within our organisation. You will be responsible for designing and implementing health programmes, conducting assessments, and collaborating with various departments to enhance employee well-being.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of health initiatives.
  • Assess and report on employee health metrics and outcomes.
  • Develop partnerships with health organisations.
  • Manage the wellness budget effectively.
  • Provide recommendations for improving workplace health.
  • Engage with employees to promote participation in wellness activities.
  • Utilise data analytics to drive health programme decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with health-related regulations and best practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Exercise Science, or a related field
  • Master's degree is a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in wellness programme management
