Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to join our team in Cheltenham. In this vital role, you will assess, plan, and implement treatment programs tailored to patients' individual needs, helping them achieve their personal goals and improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement evidence-based interventions for patients.
• Guide patients in achieving personal goals related to daily living activities.
• Conduct group therapy sessions as required.
• Collaborate with external agencies for additional patient resources.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to improving clinical practices.
• Stay updated on industry practices and changes in occupational therapy.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent
• Additional certifications in therapeutic practices are advantageous.

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a clinical environment is preferred.
