Job Description
We are seeking an Operations Manager to lead our operations team in Coventry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving processes, managing resources, and ensuring operational excellence.
Responsibilities
Drive process improvements and increase operational efficiency.
Lead initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and service delivery.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts when necessary.
Implement training programs for staff development.
Evaluate and mitigate operational risks effectively.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry best practices.
Act as a liaison between upper management and operational staff.
Requirements
Education
Master's degree in Business Administration is preferred

7+ years of experience in operations or general management
