Job Description

A reputable organization is seeking an Environmental Health Technologist to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and standards, conducting inspections, and developing strategies to mitigate environmental risks.

Responsibilities

  • Lead health and safety inspections and perform data analysis on environmental impacts.
  • Coordinate with different departments to promote health and safety practices
  • Review and suggest improvements for existing compliance protocols.
  • Develop public health educational materials to raise community awareness.
  • Assist in planning and executing environmental health projects.
  • Identify opportunities for sustainability initiatives within the organization.
  • Stay proactive in environmental policy changes and their implications.
  • Facilitate workshops on environmental health and safety.
  • Engage with stakeholders to promote best practices in environmental health.
  • Monitor progress on environmental health metrics and reporting.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Environmental Health or a related field is preferred
Experience
  • Experience in conducting environmental assessments and inspections
