Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Hotel Duty Manager to oversee daily operations at our Bolton location. In this pivotal role, you will ensure that guests receive top-notch service, staff are well-managed, and the hotel operates smoothly. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining high standards and addressing any issues that arise.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Supervise and motivate front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage staff.
  • Handle guest complaints and feedback in a professional manner.
  • Ensure the hotel is clean, safe, and well-maintained for all guests.
  • Conduct staff meetings to discuss service improvements and updates.
  • Manage budget and expenditure for the hotel operations.
  • Assist in marketing efforts to attract new guests.
  • Implement training programs to enhance staff performance.
  • Facilitate communication between management and staff.
  • Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes for guests.

Requirements

Education
  • Master’s degree in Hospitality Management is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in hospitality management
