Job Description

Join our team as a Consumer Behavior Analyst, where you'll leverage your expertise in market research to identify consumer trends and drive action based on data. Your findings will directly contribute to shaping business strategies and enhancing customer experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Analyse consumer trends and insights to influence product development.
  • Work closely with cross-departmental teams to ensure alignment in strategy.
  • Create and maintain dashboards for reporting consumer behavioural patterns.
  • Identify opportunities for new product initiatives based on consumer data.
  • Support marketing campaigns through targeted consumer insights.
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
  • Develop methodologies for effective consumer analysis.
  • Deliver presentations at internal meetings to share research findings.
  • Provide training to junior analysts in research techniques.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology, or related field
  • Master's degree in Research or Statistics is advantageous
Experience
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in market research
