Job Description

As a Claims Adjuster, you will play a vital role in assessing insurance claims and ensuring fair compensation for our clients. Your analytical skills and attention to detail will be key as you review documentation and liaise with clients to gather necessary information.

Responsibilities

  • Analyse claims data to identify trends and potential areas for improvement within the claims process.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and trust.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to discuss claims performance and strategies for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry changes and evolving regulations affecting the claims process.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Insurance or Risk Management is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in claims assessment or a related field
