As the Graduate Studies Dean, you will oversee all graduate programs and academic affairs. Your role will include developing policies, managing resources, and fostering an environment of academic excellence.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the smooth operation and management of graduate programs.
• Develop strategic initiatives to improve graduate student outcomes.
• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of graduate curricula and programs.
• Support and mentor graduate faculty in their academic initiatives.
• Promote the institution's graduate programs to prospective students and stakeholders.
• Facilitate faculty development and research opportunities.
• Manage external partnerships and funding for graduate programs.
• Enhance student engagement and community within graduate studies.
• Evaluate graduate admissions criteria and processes.
• Develop initiatives for diversity and inclusion in graduate recruitment.

Requirements

Education

• PhD in a relevant field
• Master's degree in Educational Leadership or Administration

Experience

• 7+ years in an academic leadership role, particularly in graduate education.
