Job Description

We are seeking a Corporate Development Trainer to lead our training initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and delivering training programs that enhance employees' skills and competencies, ensuring they align with our organisational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Create engaging training materials and resources for various training formats.
  • Monitor feedback from participants to enhance future training sessions.
  • Facilitate workshops and seminars to promote professional development.
  • Develop metrics to assess training effectiveness and impact on employee performance.
  • Provide one-on-one coaching to employees as needed to reinforce training outcomes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred

  • Over 5 years of experience in corporate training environments
