Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Construction Manager to oversee building projects from start to finish. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with safety regulations, manage budgets, and lead teams effectively to guarantee project success.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of construction projects, guaranteeing clarity in goals.
• Monitor all construction activities to ensure compliance with schedules and budgets.
• Train and develop construction staff on best practices and safety procedures.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Engage with clients to discuss project progress and address concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of construction activities, change orders, and payments.
• Foster a collaborative team environment to promote efficiency and continuous improvement.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of construction project management experience
