Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project managers to understand project specifications and timelines.
• Ensure all timber is sourced sustainably and is of high quality.
• Utilise various hand and power tools to construct timber frameworks.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Document progress and report any challenges to the project manager.
• Assist in training new team members on best practices in timber framing.
• Work at heights and in various weather conditions while adhering to safety protocols.

Requirements

Education

• Professional certification in timber framing or construction

Experience

• Proven experience working with complex timber structures preferred.
