Job Description

As an Animal Husbandry Worker, you will be responsible for ensuring the welfare of various animals. This involves feeding, cleaning, and monitoring their health to maintain a safe and humane environment. Join us in our commitment to animal care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver daily care, including feeding and watering of various animals.
• Maintain cleanliness in animal habitats and ensure overall hygiene.
• Observe and record animal behavior and health status.
• Help facilitate medical treatments as directed by Veterinary staff.
• Provide assistance during breeding and birthing operations.
• Maintain accurate logs of daily activities and animal health records.
• Adhere to strict health and safety protocols.
• Support general operations and maintenance of the farm.
• Execute other responsibilities as designated by management.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Animal Science is a plus.

Experience

• Prior experience caring for animals is preferred; experience in a farm or similar environment is beneficial.
