Job Description

We are actively seeking a skilled Site Civil Engineer to join our Newcastle office. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing various civil engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. With a focus on sustainability and innovation, you will play a key role in shaping the infrastructure of our communities.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations on-site to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Review and interpret structural drawings and specifications.
  • Engage with stakeholders to communicate project status and updates.
  • Conduct quality inspections and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Prepare progress reports and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Manage site staff and subcontractors effectively.
  • Implement project management best practices and methodologies.
  • Support the Project Manager in achieving project objectives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • Master's degree is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in civil engineering or related field
