Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Monitor drug interactions and side effects and take remedial actions as needed.
  • Counsel patients on nutritional supplements and health products.
  • Oversee pharmacy compliance audits and inspections.
  • Develop and implement pharmacist-led clinics for chronic disease management.
  • Enhance patient education on prescription adherence and safety.
  • Participate in the development of pharmacy policies and procedures.
  • Engage in continuous professional development activities.
  • Promote a culture of safety and quality in patient care.
  • Assist in formulary management and medication evaluations.
  • Provide input on budget management for pharmacy operations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
  • PhD in Pharmacy or related field is a plus

  • 3+ years of experience in a pharmacy environment
