Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Public Health Officer to help drive community health initiatives in London. The ideal candidate will possess solid knowledge of public health policies and the ability to engage with diverse populations to promote health and wellness. You will be responsible for assessing public health needs, developing strategic health programs, and ensuring compliance with health regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead initiatives to create healthy public policies.
  • Foster community partnerships to enhance public health efforts.
  • Conduct evaluations of public health programs and services.
  • Engage with vulnerable and marginalized populations to address health disparities.
  • Draft policy briefs on public health issues for stakeholders.
  • Assist in crisis response efforts during public health emergencies.
  • Promote mental health awareness and resources within the community.
  • Coordinate with healthcare providers to improve service delivery.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Public Health or related field
  • Master's degree in Public Health or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in public health roles with project management experience
