Job Description

As an Urban Planner at Territory Planning Ltd., you'll be instrumental in shaping the future of Liverpool. Your role will involve conducting comprehensive site assessments, collaborating with local authorities, and engaging with communities to develop sustainable urban plans that cater to the needs of residents. Responsibilities

  • Research and analyse urban development trends.
  • Draft planning policies that align with local governance standards.
  • Facilitate community engagement initiatives to gather public insights.
  • Prepare and present urban development projects to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with environmental specialists to assess impacts.
  • Prepare submissions for planning appeals and inquiries.
  • Contribute to the development of urban renewal strategies.
  • Conduct public hearings and respond to community concerns.
  • Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with legal and economic advisors.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Planning, Geography, or Environmental Sciences
  • Master's degree in Urban Planning or related field is an advantage
Experience
  • Experience working with community engagement processes
