As a Helper in our construction trades team, you will assist skilled workers in various tasks related to steel fabrication and installation. This role is ideal for those looking to gain hands-on experience in the construction industry while contributing to exciting projects.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the organization of materials and tools on-site.
• Assist in the installation of safety measures around work areas.
• Collaborate with other trades to ensure smooth workflow on-site.
• Perform material handling duties as required, including lifting and carrying heavy items.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Help in completing daily site reports and documentation.
• Engage in on-the-job training to enhance skills and knowledge in the construction field.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Some experience in the construction field is preferred

Languages
