As a Patcher, you will be responsible for repairing and maintaining asphalt and concrete surfaces on roads, pavements, and other structures. You will work with a team to complete projects efficiently and effectively, ensuring high-quality results.
Responsibilities
Conduct assessments of road surfaces to determine repair needs.
Implement innovative techniques to improve repair efficiency and effectiveness.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety guidelines.
Work closely with project managers to meet deadlines and project specifications.
Participate in team meetings to discuss progress and challenges.
Maintain accurate records of all repairs and materials used.
Develop and uphold strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.
Requirements
Education
GCSEs in Maths and English
NVQ or equivalent in construction or maintenance related subjects
Experience
At least 2 years' experience in a similar role in construction or civil engineering.
