Job Description

As a Patcher, you will be responsible for repairing and maintaining asphalt and concrete surfaces on roads, pavements, and other structures. You will work with a team to complete projects efficiently and effectively, ensuring high-quality results.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments of road surfaces to determine repair needs.
• Implement innovative techniques to improve repair efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety guidelines.
• Work closely with project managers to meet deadlines and project specifications.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss progress and challenges.
• Maintain accurate records of all repairs and materials used.
• Develop and uphold strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• GCSEs in Maths and English
• NVQ or equivalent in construction or maintenance related subjects

Experience

• At least 2 years' experience in a similar role in construction or civil engineering.

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in other areas of construction: Experience in diverse roles within the construction industry.
• Certification in First Aid: Valid First Aid training and certification.
