A Commercial Real Estate Appraiser is responsible for assessing the value of commercial properties and providing accurate market valuations for clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a thorough understanding of property market trends.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough property assessments and compile analytical reports.
• Investigate market dynamics to refine valuation techniques.
• Support client consultations by providing expert advice on property values.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all appraisal activities.
• Collaborate with colleagues on large projects to enhance service delivery.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, or related field
• Professional certification (e.g. RICS, Appraisal Institute) is preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial property appraisal or related field.
