Job Description

As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in managing administrative tasks that help our team function smoothly. This position requires someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. You'll be responsible for scheduling appointments, managing emails, and performing various administrative tasks that support our team.

Responsibilities

  • Handle administrative tasks and keep the office running smoothly.
  • Assist with project management tasks and track deadlines.
  • Compile and update company databases and records.
  • Prepare meeting agendas and take minutes.
  • Support other team members with ad-hoc tasks as required.
  • Maintain a filing system and ensure documents are organised.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration is a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in an administrative or support role
