Job Description

A Foreign Clerk position is available within our organisation. This role requires managing foreign correspondences, document translations, and providing administrative support for international operations. Candidates should possess fluency in at least one foreign language alongside English, enabling effective communication with global stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the management of foreign correspondences and ensure prompt responses.
  • Translate and manage documents in both English and other languages.
  • Support ongoing international operations through administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate international meetings and logistics for global participants.
  • Assist with travel bookings and visa processes for international engagements.
  • Keep records updated for all foreign contacts and operations.
  • Review and stay updated on international trade regulations.
  • Work with teams to ensure adherence to global compliance standards.
  • Facilitate smooth communication channels with clients across the globe.
  • Research and report on aspects of foreign markets and cultural insights.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Foreign Languages, or a related field
  • Additional certifications in translation or relevant disciplines are advantageous
Experience
  • Prior experience in a similar role within an international organisation is preferred.
Technical Skills
  • Fluency in English and at least one foreign language
  • Proficiency in using office software
