Job Description
We are in search of a diligent File Clerk to maintain our records accurately. The ideal candidate will exhibit independence in their work, while also being able to engage collaboratively with various departments as necessary.
Responsibilities
Support the Records Manager in daily operations.
Ensure data integrity by organizing records seamlessly.
Coordinate with departments on documentation needs.
Prepare reports on file management practices.
Propose improvements to existing filing systems.
Handle confidential information with discretion.
Stay updated on industry regulations related to records management.
Track the status of pending documents and follow up appropriately.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
A-levels or higher qualifications in business administration preferred
Experience
Experience in developing and implementing record policies is advantageous.
