Job Description

The Traveling Secretary will provide full administrative support to executive staff, ensuring that all travel arrangements are meticulously planned and executed. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, well-organized, and capable of multitasking in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Arrange all aspects of executive travel logistics.
  • Maintain complex calendars and schedules.
  • Draft and prepare correspondence and documentation.
  • Coordinate catering and venue logistics for events and meetings.
  • Handle confidential documents with discretion.
  • Organize and manage invitations and RSVPs for events.
  • Assist with budget management and tracking expenses.
  • Resolve any issues that arise during travel or meetings.
  • Support the executive team in various administrative functions.
  • Effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an executive assistant or similar role.
