Job Description

As a Training and Development Specialist, you will be pivotal in identifying skill gaps and implementing effective training solutions. Your role will involve assessing training needs, designing bespoke programs, and evaluating training outcomes to ensure workforce development is aligned with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Identify training requirements based on employee performance and feedback.
  • Create engaging training content using e-learning platforms and tools.
  • Facilitate one-on-one coaching sessions with employees.
  • Organize and manage training logistics and schedules.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback surveys.
  • Collaborate on inter-departmental initiatives to enhance overall performance.
  • Identify opportunities for talent development and succession planning.
  • Ensure compliance with training-related regulations and standards.
  • Utilize data analytics to measure training impact and areas for improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external training providers.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training and Development, or a related field
  • Professional certifications in Training and Development preferred
Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in designing and delivering training programs

  • Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • E-learning Authoring Tools

Certifications
  • Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP)
