Job Description

As the Stave Cutting Supervisor, you will oversee the production process of cutting wooden staves to ensure that quality standards are upheld while meeting production deadlines. Your expertise in woodworking will ensure that our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Lead the stave cutting operations to ensure efficient production.
• Monitor the performance of team members and provide feedback.
• Ensure all safety protocols are being followed during production.
• Regularly review production techniques and implement improvements.
• Prepare reports on production metrics for management review.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Technical or vocational education in woodworking or related field preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in woodworking production, with at least 1 year of supervisory experience.
