Responsibilities

• Manage a team of operators, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Review and adjust production plans to meet customer requirements effectively.
• Conduct inspections and maintain high standards of production quality.
• Assist in troubleshooting machinery and resolving technical issues.
• Document all operational discrepancies and suggest improvements as necessary.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical or vocational training in manufacturing is essential

Experience

• Minimum of 4 years experience in manufacturing supervision

• CNC Machinery Operation
• Safety Protocols Knowledge
