Job Description

We are seeking an experienced UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team in Bristol. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their design expertise in creating intuitive user interfaces and engaging user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex requirements into simple, intuitive interface designs.
• Create and iterate designs based on user feedback and testing.
• Assist in creating user flows and interaction models.
• Participate in design reviews and provide insights on other team members' work.
• Document design decisions and process for future reference.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design or equivalent experience

Experience

• 3-5 years of professional experience in UX/UI design

Technical Skills

• Sketch
• Responsive Design

Soft Skills

• Attention to detail

Certifications

• Certified Usability Analyst (CUA)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in e-commerce design: Background in designing user interfaces for e-commerce platforms.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards: Understanding best practices for web accessibility and inclusive design.
