Job Description

We are searching for a detail-oriented Movement Assembly Final Inspector. In this role, you will ensure the quality and functionality of movement assemblies before they are dispatched to customers. Attention to detail and a strong understanding of quality control processes are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough inspections to confirm movement assemblies adhere to quality benchmarks.
  • Verify component functionality through rigorous testing.
  • Provide feedback and insights to improve assembly quality.
  • Collaborate with engineers to enhance assembly techniques.
  • Maintain clarity and accuracy in inspection documentation.
  • Foster communication within the quality control team to promote standards.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Certification in Quality Control preferred
Experience
  • 2-5 years of experience in a quality assurance role in watchmaking
Technical Skills
  • Precision tools proficiency
  • Knowledge of ISO standards
Soft Skills
  • Problem-solving
  • Organisational skills
Languages
  • English: Fluent

Advantageous

  • Experience with luxury watch brands: Prior experience working with high-end timepieces would be advantageous.
  • Hands-on experience with inspection software: Experience using tools such as CMM or Vision systems for inspections.
