Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to play a critical role in our finance team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong grasp of accounting principles and practices, and will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and maintain financial data and documentation.
• Contribute to developing strategic plans in collaboration with the finance team.
• Conduct financial analysis to support business operations and decision-making.
• Implement best practices for financial reporting and compliance.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior accountants.
• Stakeholder management and effective communication of financial insights.
• Prepare budgets and forecasts based on management inputs.
• Supervise daily financial transactions and ensure accuracy.
• Implement controls for financial processes and systems.
• Collaborate closely with other departments to improve financial literacy.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 6+ years of diverse accounting experience
