We are seeking a skilled Dry Chain Operator to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage the entire dry chain process, ensuring the timely and efficient movement of goods through various stages. The ideal candidate will have experience in the logistics industry and demonstrate strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the dry chain including loading and unloading operations.
• Ensure all goods are properly documented and logged in the inventory system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and minimize delays.
• Conduct regular audits of processes and equipment to maintain compliance.
• Monitor performance metrics and report on operational efficiencies.
• Develop and implement best practices for the dry chain process.
• Respond promptly to any emergencies or operational issues as they arise.

Requirements

Education

• Certification in Logistics or Supply Chain Management (preferred)

Experience

• Experience working with perishable goods is advantageous.
