Job Description

As a Radio Station Engineer, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of all technical equipment within the station. Your expertise will ensure the smooth running of all broadcasting operations, making a direct impact on our audience's experience.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular inspections of all broadcast facilities.
  • Provide technical support during on-air broadcasts.
  • Maintain relationships with equipment suppliers and service providers.
  • Prepare reports on technical performance and required improvements.
  • Organise training for staff on new systems and equipment.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field
  • Master's degree is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in radio broadcasting
