We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our Birmingham team. In this role, you will be responsible for analysing complex datasets to drive impactful business decisions. Your expertise in data manipulation and insight generation will be crucial in supporting our strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Analyse data trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Work with business teams to define their data needs.
• Support the integration of new data sources into existing systems.
• Maintain accurate documentation of data processes and methodologies.
• Assist in the preparation of grant applications and funding proposals.
• Provide recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science or related field
• Master's degree in Analytics or Business Intelligence is advantageous

Experience

• 3-5 years of expertise in a data analyst role or similar capacity
