Responsibilities

  • Lead negotiations to close deals while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Monitor competitor activities and report insights to the team.
  • Train and mentor junior sales staff as needed.
  • Work closely with the customer service team to resolve any account issues.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to enhance sales skills and techniques.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment and culture.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of progressive sales experience, especially in tech
