Job Description

As a Non-Profit Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our mission to enact change in Bristol. This role involves strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and leadership of our community programmes.

Responsibilities

• Create and oversee the execution of project plans.
• Foster partnerships with local organizations to enhance community impact.
• Prepare grant applications and funding proposals.
• Direct volunteer recruitment, training, and management efforts.
• Conduct outreach to build community awareness and support.
• Ensure proper reporting and communication with stakeholders.
• Monitor and assess community needs for continuous programme improvement.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Non-Profit Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in non-profit management or community service roles
