Job Description
As a Family Life Educator, you will deliver educational programs and workshops that empower individuals and families. You’ll assess the needs of families, provide guidance on family dynamics, and collaborate with local community organizations.
Responsibilities
Facilitate educational workshops focusing on communication and relationships.
Gather feedback to refine and improve program delivery.
Provide one-on-one support and guidance to families.
Liaise with local schools and organisations to promote educational initiatives.
Conduct assessments to identify family strengths and challenges.
Document the progress and outcomes of individuals and families.
Report on trends and insights from community engagement.
Participate in team meetings to strategise and review program goals.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Family Studies, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
Certification in Family Life Education (CFLE) preferred
Experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience in family life education or related field
