Job Description

Join our team as a Production Worker, specifically a Machine Setter. You will be responsible for setting up and maintaining machines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, ensuring seamless operations and adherence to quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare machines for production runs, ensuring all settings are correct.
• Conduct quality checks on production output and adjust machines as necessary.
• Keep detailed records of machine performance and maintenance logs.
• Work closely with quality control teams to ensure compliance with standards.
• Assist in training new staff on machine operation and maintenance.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical or vocational training in machine setting or related field preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in machine setting or similar role.

Technical Skills

• Diagnostic skills
• Knowledge of automation systems

Soft Skills

• Attention to detail
• Effective communication

Certifications

• First Aid Certification
• Forklift Operation Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with automated production lines: Hands-on experience with automated systems to enhance production capabilities.
