We're on the lookout for a Product Development Specialist to join our team in Inverness. This role will focus on bringing new products to market, leveraging insights from team collaboration and market research to drive product innovation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the product innovation initiatives within the company.
• Work collaboratively with design, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure product alignment with market needs.
• Monitor competitor offerings and identify areas for differentiation.
• Assure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
• Create comprehensive reports on product performance metrics.
• Collaborate with R&D to develop sustainable and eco-friendly products.
• Ensure that product costs align with budgetary constraints.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in product development processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Marketing, or Engineering
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• Over 5 years of experience in product development or related roles
