Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Flight Steward to join our airline crew. As a Flight Steward, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of passengers during flights. This role requires exceptional customer service skills and the ability to handle in-flight emergencies effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Perform pre-flight checks to ensure all necessary equipment and supplies are onboard.
  • Greet passengers, assist with seating, and provide information regarding safety measures.
  • Ensure passengers' comfort by offering blankets, pillows, and requested amenities.
  • Attend to passengers' needs during the flight, serving meals and beverages.
  • Handle in-flight emergencies and provide first aid as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organised cabin environment.
  • Coordinate with the flight crew to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist passengers during boarding and disembarking.
  • Address passengers' concerns or complaints professionally.
  • Adhere to all aviation regulations and safety standards.

Requirements

Education
  • Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • Prior experience as a Flight Steward or in a customer service role within the airline industry is highly desirable.

Certifications
  • Valid Cabin Crew certification
