Job Description

As a Tankroom Tender, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our tanks that store and transport various liquids. Your responsibilities will include monitoring tank levels and maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
  • Conduct regular inspections of tank integrity and quality.
  • Record and analyze operational data for reporting.
  • Collaborate with production staff to streamline operations.
  • Provide training and guidance to new team members.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to discuss improvements.
  • Help implement efficient processes and technologies.
  • Manage hazardous material handling in compliance with regulations.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Relevant vocational training preferred
Experience
  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred
Technical Skills
  • Understanding of tank operations and safety procedures
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Soft Skills

Certifications
  • OSHA training certification
Languages
