Job Description

As a Heavy and Tractor-Trailer Truck Driver at Logistics Solutions Ltd., you will be responsible for transporting goods across various routes in the UK. You'll ensure timely deliveries while adhering to safety protocols and maintaining vehicle standards. The ideal candidate will have a valid UK Commercial Driver's Licence (CDL) and a strong commitment to safe driving practices.

Responsibilities

• Drive and operate heavy goods vehicles, ensuring safe and timely deliveries.
• Complete vehicle inspections and maintenance checks.
• Record delivery details accurately in the logbook.
• Assist with loading and unloading cargo, ensuring proper securing of materials.
• Provide excellent customer service by maintaining communication with clients.
• Ensure compliance with transport laws and regulations at all times.
• Maintain strong knowledge of routes and services.
• Participate in training sessions on safety and vehicle maintenance techniques.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CDL Driver or similar role
