Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Analyst to join our dynamic team in London. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for ensuring product quality. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing test plans, identifying bugs, and working closely with development teams to ensure a seamless product experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze project requirements and develop suited testing strategies.
• Participate in Scrum meetings and provide QA insights.
• Identify testing obstacles and recommend solutions.
• Maintain testing documentation for reference.
• Monitor and maintain the QA environment to reflect production.
• Help mentor junior QA team members and share best practices.
• Assist in training sessions for new software features.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in QA testing roles

Technical Skills

• JIRA
• Load Testing Tools

Soft Skills

• Problem-Solving

Certifications

• Certified Agile Tester

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines: Understanding of CI/CD processes and tools.
• Knowledge of SQL databases: Basic understanding of SQL for database testing.
