As a Prepress Technician, you will be responsible for creating authentic-looking diplomas and certificates using innovative design techniques. Your attention to detail and creative flair will be crucial in this role, ensuring that all produced documents meet the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Create and design diplomas and certificates that meet client specifications.
• Work closely with graphic designers to refine document aesthetics.
• Ensure proper set up of printing equipment for accurate outputs.
• Implement effective time management strategies to balance multiple projects.
• Engage in problem-solving to overcome any production obstacles.
• Ensure adherence to copyright laws and guidelines in all projects.
• Produce a variety of educational documents while maintaining high standards.
• Potentially mentor less experienced staff in design and production techniques.
• Assist in developing new design styles and templates.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss design ideas and improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma or relevant certification in graphic design, printing, or a related field

Experience

• Prior experience in graphic design or digital printing is preferred, especially in educational documents.
