Job Description
As a Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our supply chain, from procurement to distribution. This position requires strong analytical skills and the ability to optimize logistics processes.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the supply chain to achieve efficiency.
Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure best pricing.
Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality and reliability.
Implement technology solutions to streamline supply chain processes.
Prepare reports and presentations for management regarding supply chain performance.
Identify risks within the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies.
Manage logistics and distribution to ensure timely delivery of products.
Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Engineering, or Business
Master's degree in Supply Chain Management is a plus
Experience
5+ years of experience in logistics and supply chain management
