Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our operations in Glasgow. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and warehouse management, with a focus on improving efficiency and team leadership. You will be responsible for managing stock levels, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and leading a team to achieve operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Direct warehouse operations to meet safety, quality, and performance standards.
  • Supervising shipping and receiving operations with a focus on efficiency.
  • Analyze operational data and prepare reports for senior management.
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.
  • Develop and implement training programs for warehouse staff.
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely service and delivery.
  • Utilize warehouse management systems effectively to improve accuracy.
  • Lead regular team meetings to communicate objectives and updates.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's or equivalent in relevant field
  • Professional certification in Logistics is a plus
