Buggy Driver

Job Description

We seek a skilled Buggy Driver to transport passengers safely and efficiently across our site. The ideal candidate will have strong driving skills and a commitment to customer service, ensuring a pleasant experience for all passengers.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive passengers to their destinations within the premises.
• Monitor and report on buggy performance to ensure safety.
• Assist guests with luggage or mobility aids where necessary.
• Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor at all times.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Participate in regular safety training and compliance checks.
• Assist with scheduling and managing passenger flow.
• Keep the buggy clean and orderly for each shift.

Requirements

Education

• Valid UK driver's license (Category B)
• First Aid certification (preferred)

Experience

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role is advantageous.

Technical Skills

• Safe driving
• Record-keeping

• Adaptability

Certifications

• First Aid certification (preferred)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with the premises and surrounding areas: Knowledge of the site layout to assist with efficient transport.
• Previous experience in a similar buggy driving role: Experience driving similar vehicles in a passenger service capacity.
